Processing time
Every order is packed by hand in recyclable paper packaging and ships within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
Shipping within the United States
- Free shipping on orders of $40 or more (Economy).
- Orders under $40: a flat-rate Standard option ($6.90 or $9.90 depending on weight), or carrier-calculated USPS and UPS rates, shown at checkout.
- Typical delivery: 3–7 business days after your order ships.
International shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the United Arab Emirates. Rates are calculated at checkout by the carrier (USPS, UPS or DHL Express). Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Cloudy Soap is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
