1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.

✅ You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will not be possible.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
Cloudy Soap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If you experience a shipping issue, please reach out to the courier service for assistance.
